(Adopted from the Proposals of Synod 2017)

(Goal 5) SCC DAY CELEBRATED

Resolution Statement :
"SCC Day" shall be celebrated in parishes throughout the diocese.
a) Parishes shall celebrate SCC Day, which should preferably be on a Sunday or public holiday.
b) Celebrations shall include putting up posters, flexes and organising Bible Quizes, Adoration, a Bible procession, Enthronement and Veneration of the Bible, a Medical Camp, etc.
c) Units shall also celebrate SCC Day in their respective areas but the same should not coincide with the Parish celebrations.

Important because:
The SCC Day celebration will be an awareness and motivational event for others to join the SCC. It will create unity, fellowship and expose talents, especially of the youth. Build a caring and sharing committee. Raise Funds.
